By booking a transfer with Borg Transfer Punta Cana, you agree to the following terms:

1. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are quoted inUS Dollars (USD).
• Prices areper vehiclefor up to 4 passengers. For groups larger than 4, an additional fee of$20 USD per extra personapplies.
• All applicable taxes are included in the quoted price.
• Fares arefixedfor the booked route. Changes to the destination or additional stops may result in a revised fare.

2. Passenger Responsibilities

• Passengers are required to wear seatbelts at all times during the journey.
• Smoking isprohibitedin all vehicles.
• Passengers must provide accurate flight and pickup details. Failure to do so may result in a missed transfer.
• The client is responsible for the conduct of all passengers in their party.

3. Conduct & Liability

• Any violation of passenger rules (e.g., smoking, unruly behavior) may result in termination of the servicewithout a refundand a possible fine.
• We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, flight delays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.

4. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic.
