1. Cancellation by Customer

  • Free Cancellation:You may cancel your booking free of charge up to24 hoursbefore the scheduled pickup time for a full refund.
  • Late Cancellation:Cancellations madeless than 24 hoursbefore pickup are subject to a50% cancellation feeof the total fare.
  • No-Show:If you are not at the designated pickup point at the scheduled time,100% of the fare will be charged.

2. Changes to Booking

  • Changes to your booking (time, date, or vehicle type) are permittedfree of charge, subject to availability.
  • Please contact us as soon as possible to make modifications.

3. Cancellation by Borg Transfer Punta Cana
In the rare event we must cancel your service (e.g., vehicle breakdown, extreme weather), you will be notified immediately. You will be offered a choice of:

  • Afull refundof any amount paid, or
  • Afree rebookingon the next available transfer.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds for online payments (card/PayPal) will be processed back to the original payment method within5-10 business days.
  • For cash bookings canceled in advance, no payment was collected, so no refund is necessary.
