How far in advance should I book my transfer?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance, but we can often accommodate last-minute requests. For guaranteed availability, book as soon as you have your flight details.
Do you track flight delays?
Yes! We monitor all incoming flights to PUJ Airport at no extra charge. Your driver will adjust pickup time accordingly.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash (USD), credit cards via Stripe, and PayPal. Payment is made directly to the driver or online
How will I identify my driver?
Your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall with a sign displaying your name. You'll also receive their contact information before arrival.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Within 24 hours, a 50% fee applies. No-show is 100% charge.
